Ozinga Named Chicago Tribune Top Workplace for 5th Consecutive Year

Ozinga has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by the Chicago Tribune for the fifth year in a row. The report ranked Ozinga 34th among 55 mid-sized companies. Ozinga was one of 150 employers recognized in the annual workplace report.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. For this year's survey, companies were judged on workplace culture; specifically connection, execution and alignment.

“This is such an incredible honor to be named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune for the fifth time,” said Marty Ozinga IV, Ozinga President. “Continuing to produce a winning culture at Ozinga, and seeing results from our coworkers’ surveys, shows that people are the key to our success.”

The rankings were revealed at an awards ceremony on November 1, 2018 at the United Club at Soldier Field and The Chicago Tribune published the complete list of Top Workplaces in a special edition published on November 2, 2018.
